This event was one of the best I have seen for a small community like Park City, KS. The event consisted of a community breakfast at the Senior Center, 4th of July Parade, Car-Bike-Trike Show, Ice Cream Social, Bingo, Horseshoe Tournament, The Band Zyba on stage and Fireworks galore. I want to take time to especially thank Kenny & Carol Flower for allowing KS-1 TRIgroup to visit their town and sharing the richness that Park City, KS offers. The TRIgroup members attending were Larry Manwiller, Sarah Eck, Wayne Eck, Deborah Winters-Suskey & myself. Mr Flower was presented a Special Plaque Award (Ken is on the right) for his past commitment over the years for this event. Kenny's trike and Wayne's trike both took Awards home from the Trike Show. Kennys Dodge Pickup as well, was a winner. I don't believe that most trikers actually know or understand the positive influence the Flowers' have within their community of Park City, KS. Ken has been a public servant for years as well as pioneering Triking organizations within his area. Carol is presently serving on the Park City Council.
For those TRIgroup members that missed this....too bad. Hope your event was as good as this one.
